1986 Land Rover 90 - $25,000

This right-hand-drive 1986 Land Rover 90 is one solid machine. The Causeway Grey exterior makes this 90 sleek and stout. Minor flaws can be seen upon close inspection but overall a decent paint job. The interior of this 90 is all stock with 3 seats across the front. Rear jump seats are installed too. The 2.5 diesel engine has plenty of pep and while some consider them slow it is one true workhorse. These 2.5NA engines were used by the British Military for some time. They were incredibly reliable and simple to fix in the field.

Causeway Grey all around wrapped with matching front bezels and grill. Black steel wheels help finish off this stealthy look. While alloy lug nuts are seen, the owner is replacing them with new steel wheel lug nuts for correct fit and finish. A front flat tow bar is fitted to the front of this 90 and the rear is fitted with a hitch and tow ball.

Good points

Overall solid Defender if you are looking to get into a 90 on a lower budget. 2.5NA engine is a strong runner. Fairly new BF Goodrich All Terrain tires. on black steel wheels. All glass is good with no scratches.

Bad points

Chassis has some surface rust on it. Very typical of a Defender of this age. The rear cross member is painted grey. Bulkhead had slight bubbling on right and left sides. Rear door has some trouble with the latch but can easily be fixed.
